Another strange thing (or maybe not) about Fed vs. St. is with St. they usually place you near family unless you fuck that up but the Fed unit near me is full of guys from up North. Never heard of anyone in my area doing Fed time in the one closest to them. (People like the bigger drug dealers, who are in for tax evasion)

No, I get that but I just don’t see them giving him a dime piece for his first offense. It was completely non violent, I mean did you see the robbery photos. It looked like a fucken joke. I think they will have mercy on his poor soul.

Probably would have gotten a life sentencing if he had used a plastic straw during the robbery.....

Seems like when people do banks they want a long sentence, there's certainly other places to rob that net bigger piles that aren't Federal.
Coulda hit a Bingo hall and made out better.

I agree, he might get off on a lighter sentence. It's just funny that white collar crimes steak millions and they get off or some time at a country club. But when you're Joe public and you knock off a bank, that's just too much.

Fed put snitches out of their region to protect them from co-defendants and others they threw under the bus. Odds are that allot of those out of region folks have 5K1 on their inmate jacket.

If it’s a bank robbery, coke, heroin, or meth conspiracy case and they don’t have at least ten years, they threw names out.

This whole situation is too bad. Justice is patriotic, but hope things will get better for all parties involved.
