This is almost getting repetitive!

Seeing how many reviews Marie gets, it is no doubt that HS is a fantastic company. I'm sure most people know that for someone to leave positive feedback it takes a lot more than it would for any negative experience.


Without getting into all the non-relative information;

Marie was quick to verify information, provide accurate responses, get numbers as needed, set clear expectations of time frames, and helped steer my suspension needs in a direction that I wanted without being pushy.

Shipping was fast. Amazon Prime fast.

Product(s) arrived as expected, with great padding to protect my new pretty items.

To top it off, she emailed me after tracking said that the man in brown door tagged me due to no signature available, and enough time had passed she worried the package(s) would be returned. Thankfully that wasn't the case, as they were left at the door. (Oops, man in brown, do your job better!)

I have since referred a handful of members to her and have no doubt that she took care of them as well as she did me.

I will take it a step further and say out of all the vendors I have dealt with on TW, Marie is second to none.

+1. I'm super lazy and will tag onto Duffman's excellent post. I agree with everything this gentlemen stated above. Kings were out of stock (not her fault) and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Everything was shipped quick and super protected and Marie is a doll. She is smart, loves off roading and put up with my months of shit questions before I actually pulled the trigger.

Wonder if Marie has a sister..
