A couple of weeks ago I suggested that gas stations post "Market Price" for gas like restaurants do for seafood.

I wouldn't ever consider the camry hybrid until gas went up. My 3rd gen 4runner gets 11mpg and 3rd gen truck 16mpg.

A few years ago (I know ancient history) they almost couldn't give Camrys away. They were a glut on the market. If I were looking at a sedan, I'd definitely consider a Camry. Well, except for in this crazy market, where a Yugo would go for $20K.

My wife and I sold her CRV, for what we bought it for, and just got a Rav4 hybrid at MSRP, which our salesmen said would be the last one sold at their dealership at MSRP. We feel pretty lucky to get this car and she is already seeing a 10 mpg increase over the CRV.

My wife's 2018 Camry Hybrid gets 40.5 mpg. VERY much appreciated now that gas in SoCal is $6/gallon.

Beaverton, Wilsonville and Mcminnville (where we purchased my wife’s 22 orp 4runner) were all at MSRP for us. I bought my Taco at Beaverton so we went back and they had zero wiggle room on port added stuff. McMinnville just said ok you don’t want the add ons and we were done.

That's what I would call a bait and switch. Dealers here in TX are no different, very few dealers are actually charging msrp here.
