Dlead, go to control panel, on the blue line at the top. Then once you click there on the left side is some options on customizing your profile etc....there is one that says Edit Avatar, it is under Setting and Options. From the control panel you can customize about anything, signature, profile picture, just browse around in it and play with it :) I live in Canton, Im sure your familiar with it. I graduated from Pisgah High School. What percentage of tint would you get?

I have a Spectre Air intake on mine. I am wondering if there are others who agree with this person in thinking that the stock intakes are better than aftermarket.

My next question might sound dum to most of you but oh well... What is a Deck plate mod?

    Thanks

As much as I like to disagree with Chris, he is correct. Any intake system that does not seal off the filter intake from the general engine compartment draws hot air from that area. On top of that, aftermarket airfilters offer only marginal increases in flow and do not filter particles as well as a stock type paper filter. The general consensus is that unless you are running a high horsepower engine at high rpms the aftermarket filters are not worth it. This, by the way, is not speculation, it has been tested and proven here.

Search the site for deckplate and you will find the answer which you seek.

Thank you. One thing that I have found out since i put the new intake on that it really has improved gas mileage.

You sure it's cracked? I found an exhaust leak recently, it looks like just the seal between the manifold and the down pipe on mine.

    If you haven't already, seafoam.
