    The tracks to the right side of the pic are wagon ruts from the Oregon trail still visible to this day. My family came across in a wagon in the late 1800's, and may have passed by this very spot. (near deadman pass, kinda by Meacham, Or)

    You have any tips for taking a good long exposure like this? I have a canon 5D and a GH4 which are set up for portraits, but I would love to get a shot like this.

    No sales tax. About it really. In fact, I might see if a discount/America's tire can order my tires for me down there to avoid sales tax...

    Salem is horrible these days too. Too many bottom feeding pieces of trash. Can't even go into the mall when I go home... I can't understand 80% of the people in there. Not even the music is in English :(

    I miss Eastern and Southern Oregon! They need to form Portland to Eugene into an annex of California though, stupid liberal asshats. They are ruining the state. Good gun laws are gonna be gone soon with the way things are going in Salem.

    Besides that though, the state is beautiful and has great hunting.
