    Nice Truck. Welcome.

How can we be sure you are not going to report all our secret modifications to Toyota corporate?

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
That's too bad. I was hoping that you were closer to the guys/gals with the wrenches.
I just finishing beating up (figuratively of course) the sales manager at my dealership over the ordering and price of my new '21 TRD OR AC. Since neither of us was happy with the OTD price I guess I got a fair (not great) deal.
I make it a point to get to know and befriend the shop foreman, service manager & parts department crew. Every time I venture into the sales area (about every 6-10 years) it's a whole new crew.

As far as being close with our guys in back they prolly get tired of my a$$ being back there. Very good friends with all the Toyota techs. Also with the guys in parts.
Man congrats on your new Tacoma! Hope you dont feel to bad about the price they are definitely hard to come by these days. Most dealerships in our area including mine will only go down to invoice. After that it's a loss of money when you figure in paying your salesman and eating up other cost the dealership takes care of.
Our dealership is a little diff then most, we are not a big city dealer by any means. Have 0 fees and really have to focus on the bond with the customer to keep our volume levels up. Family owned and talk killing big bucks with the owner on a daily basis just to give you a idea of the feel. I just filled a seat for a guy that was there 31 years most of us are what you call lifers! Haha

Welcome to the forum. Was just thinking earlier today about how many Google searches of Tacoma anything end up here.
Wife and I drove about 4.5 hours to a Toyota Dealer in S.E. Missouri couple months ago when we purchased a used Scion TC. Machen Toyota if I recall.

Hoping to get a job at my local dealership when I retire from the military in July. Love Toyota's and think I would enjoy this type of work, maybe parts or service guy.

Welcome! I miss the retail world days. Not often but some times. Easiest brand I worked for was Toyota in terms of selling and servicing.

Heck yea man! Thanks for your service and I'm sure any dealership would be happy hiring you. Go for it! We have several vets employed, it's a great career imo. Just like anything you give hard work and time too it will pay off.
