    Replaced my Toyota rubber cap with this LED brake light. Figured a brake light placed closer to a car driver's eye level might improve response time. It's lightweight plastic. There's a foam gasket that compresses against the hitch mouth to take up vibration.

    5100's and 883 OME Coils TRD Exhaust Deaver 1.5" AAL Rear Differential Breather Extension, 4WD Light, Tailgate Pipe clamp, Fog lights on while High Beams on, Carrier Bearing flip
    In my old Dakota I had a women rear end it and same thing, she ripped the rubber cap off of the hitch and her bumper and hood were damaged. Tow hitches amazingly protect the rear of the truck.

    I see a lot of cars rearend trucks with hitches, sometimes smashed radiator in to motor. They are real good for protection

    I too run with the hitch installed in the receiver. Great at punching radiators for those who rearend me.
