After rallying for a few years I tried some track racing.......boring. When you are used to seeing 1500 new turns per race, then you get on the track and see the same 10 turns 150 times..... It is the equivilent of wheeling on the exact same 300 yard stretch of trail all day long compared to covering 10 miles of difficult terrain.

I'll give them credit. I am sure it isn't easy. But it's still boring as f**k to watch.

I love watching the side cars too. The main requirement to racing in the TT is that you have balls made from tungsten carbide.

I think two wheeled trumps four wheeled any day due largely in part to the fact, just like moto/supercross, it's all 90% rider and 10% machine (give or take a few). They have to use more of their body to get the vehicle to perform how it's supposed to and the skill level is a lot higher. Next would be Rally and F1 as far as man and machine go but their skill levels are off the charts as well. Agreed NASCAR is insanely boring

That's fine. As long as you give more credit to the individual who can use their whole body to manipulate a machine to do what they want instead of the person who just turns a steering wheel and pushes on a gas pedal......Well, I guess you know which side I'm on. :D

Face it, different strokes for different folks. I personally love Nascar. It's what I grew up on and learned to love. Each person has their likes and dislikes. I have nothing against any of the other racing, but I just happen to connect with Nascar more because of personal experiences.
