Went to a local dealer to pick up a part and parked between 2 cars, got my part and went home. Go out 10 minutes later to get dinner and see this. Call the dealer and ask them to review the tapes they said give them 30 mins to review the footage, They call back and said they saw nothing.
It starts right under the door handle and goes all the way back to the rear fender flare
Most of it is buff able but the rear door has a flat spot where the marks are. Rim and tire have no scratches or scuffs. To me this looks like a classic car backing out of a spot damage. Where I had it parked at home it would have to have the lightest side swipe ever. Maybe the dealer is int saying what happened in their lot?
    Happy Friday everyone

I was going the whole "keep it stock till its out of warranty" route but now that's out the window

That's my plan. Except for the sliders. Those went on quick. Sorry about your situation.

That’s my plan too, which is why I went with the mobtown bolt-on sliders. Definitely happy that I went that route. This is exactly why I’m glad I did. Sorry to see that. That’s a bitch. Just know that whoever did that will get their Karmic Retribution some day.

Thanks for the slider suggestions guys, I'm going to try to buff it out in the morning and maybe pull the dent if applicable with PDR to avoid the insurance route.

Defiantly 2 spots that need touch up paint

Going to sort it out then get the sliders

    Yes he does.
Edit. These are mine they are at 30 degree angle less angle provides more door ding protection.

Hey Garrett, sorry to see your truck like that! I ordered sliders from Ryan too, he’s really helpful. Ask about the angles- his are made to hug the rocker panel closer, but he can custom set it to make them stick out more as steps which would be better side protection for you too. He also makes a custom hilift adapter to use the sliders as a jack point- ask about that too. Mine should be ready to pickup soon, will let you know how they work out but based on all the reviews from his other customers who are TW members here- his work is really good! Cheers!
