    OP, I think you pretty much have your answer, thanks to ChiefManyWrenches. Looks like it's assigned a salvage title from hail damage with the estimated repair tag of $13K from a salvage auction. The seller bought it cheap at auction and probably replaced a panel or hood? and put it up for sale.

    On top of that, any seller who types up an ad that looks like one of those nigerian fraud things and says a 2nd gen comes with a "bedliner" should be shot on site.
