This Newbie Needs Help w/Rear Suspension!

I scoured through the suspension posts for and couldn't find the answer I was looking for (though I'm sure it's there somewhere!) so I apologize for any redundancy.

I'm wanting to swap the 2" blocks (was on my 2nd gen when I bought it) with new leaf spring packs. My rig has bad axle wrap, frowning leaf springs, etc... My question is, which leaf spring packs would give me over a 3" lift? I'd like a tad more rake if possible. I'm running Camburg unibals and RaceRunner coil overs in the front.

I was going to order the Dakar 2.75" leaf packs and then an adda leaf, but figured I'd run it by the experts of Tacoma World first.
