What you are about to read really happened. Tru. fkn. story.

I got the trd cai last night and couldnt wait to install it this morning. Got to the office, opened box and and got busy. Found an install pdf on tw.. lovin life.

I get the thing on and im ready to tear some shit up w my new intake. Ready to scare old ladies walking by as i punch it, making em cover their ears cause the spls coming from my taco aint no joke... that kinda thing..

I read that the gains come around 3500rpm and all that so i decide to hit the highway and test this bad boy out. Im in a turning lane that crosses an intersection, then you merge right to jump on the highway. Theres a truck in front of me. He turns, so do i, he merges, and so do i. We hit the ramp... its go time..

I back off to give myself some space cause i knew that this shit could get serious, trd and all.. then i hit it..

Ho ly shit... that shit was loud!!! As im accelerating, i cant believe the sound that i was hearing coming out my taco! That shit was raw!!! I swear i wanted to jump on tw right then and tell you guys that this right here, is the real deal...

Adrenaline pumpin, me happy as fuck i start to pass the truck, then i have to let off the throttle cause of traffic ahead, but my trd cai was still huffinn n puffin stronggg!! Im like wtf, i let off, but shits still roarin..

as i come about half way passing the truck, coasting, foot off pedal, and im micro second wondering what the fuck is going on.. i realize there is a harley in front of the truck that i never saw..

Yes, this happend. And no, that intake aint shit! Save your 300 buks.

If it took you 3 minutes to read this, you have more pressing matters at hand.

My bad! I forgot about the R1! I am really surprised that they haven't updated the FZ1 with that motor. It's been more than a decade.

I do love hearing triples, both Brit and Yammies, on-board and following, but you don't feel those in the chest. That feeling kicked off all the mods on my stock bike after I rode a friend's modded one.

you need better sources. whoever told you a cai did anything sound related for a non charged motor with non vta blowoff should be selling pelfrey armor for a living, they would still be making sales

The FZ-10 that replaced the 1 has the current 2nd gen crossplane motor though it is watered down. Less exotic materials, diff cams/head etc. Same torque less top end hp.

Nice! I didn't know they launched that. If that came with a more substantial sprottouring fairing . . .
