You just plug up all your own space, driveway, then family members garages, get a few storage units, and wait long enough you forget where some cars are. I think I'm currently annoying 4 garages and have worthless classics in a storage unit I haven't bothered to open for... oh it's 2022... maybe 10 years now? I just rebuilt that carb....

Let me think... I have, down to 4 at my actual house, another at another house, one more at familys house, another at another familys house, ummm... nope one more but that's in another city, and then the storage units. I think thats is... so... 8? Yeah I left one in a parking lot years ago that's right.

My wife and I always maintain 3 vehicles. 2 for daily drivers, and one that stays in the garage for vacations/fishing trips/weekend drives. Whenever we want a new vehicle, the oldest DD gets sold and replaced by the garage queen.

I try to drive both 4 wheeled vehicles at least once a week. Half an hour + each. Enough to keep all the fluids moving, drive off any moisture, and hopefully deter any rodents. Not a hard and fast rule, but between a hybrid work schedule and grocery shopping / other errands it usually isnt hard to hit.

Back in the old days pre-rona, Id drive the DD 4/5 days to work (~20 miles one way to work) and take the truck just one day to keep everything moving. Save the truck primarily for weekends trips. That worked out to a roughly 50/50 split each year mileage wise.

It is a nice perk to know at least one vehicle will get me where I need to go. Especially after picking up a new-to-me '03 BMW p.o.s. Crazy how little confidence I have in German engineering now that I own one..

Tacoma is the only vehicle now, will see about 10k a year and the bikes do the rest. Matter of fact rode my street-ish track bike to work, on slicks with no mirrors - Brilliant i know.

I have six and it depends on my mood.
    Taco- turning into my daily
G70- used for when I feel zippy or have to do a long drive as it gets 35 mpg on the highway
LC500- About once a week, never in rain, because she’s my princess
EV6- Hubby’s car, driven when he’s gone for travel
Ranger- driven when I want a bare bones experience or have to park downtown
G6- novelty of a convertible wore off quickly and it’s about to get sold

I've done a mod or two
It's flavor of the day for me. Corolla goes to work most days, hard to beat 30mpg for commuting. But sometimes I take the taco or the goldwing. I take the land cruiser if I feel like it or if I need to tow. I take the taco camping/exploring (that's what it's setup for after all). Goldwing gets rides other than work too. It's not great on fuel for a bike but it sure is comfy and fun.

Lc500 He's really rare, I think I've maybe seen five in my entire life.
