You provide almost no information about the vehicle other than the mileage. No one can provide a thoughtful opinion without more details. All I can say is that I personally would never buy a vehicle with that many miles. With that mileage be prepared to spend a lot of you time working on it or spend a lot of $$$ at the repair shop.
