I like it . Needs a roof rack though. It would go well with my truck but since I don't live in CA and go to the desert anymore I won't buy it. It's slightly better than the other options too .

Right? Where is the "trail pro" for the east coast guys. Everyone is making their trucks ready for the southwest(Raptors too), but lots of us don't live there...

I'm doing a cross country thing with the family in two months . Meeting up with family in the grand canyon for a little camping then San Diego for some more camping . Gotta see how my home town has grown too (Huntington beach) . Taking the tacoma from Ga.

The best part about all of this is nobody can say “I don’t think there’s going to be a pro next year so mine will be worth a lot more” my “dealer said they’ll be no 2019 TRD pro” like every single other year. LOL. Everybody wants to feel like they got the last pro. They’re going to make these things forever.

Question: Why does the Pro come with small street tires instead of beefier all terrain tires?

Bonus question: Why no front locker to compete with Chevy?

Whatever gains in performance that snorkel adds won't be offset by the undeniable #1 gain - a lot of baffled looks and "WTF" stares. No thanks. I'll do the speaker upgrade to my non-JBL Entune, enjoy the extra headroom of my "moonroofless" cabin, grow even fonder of my non-voodoo Cavalry Blue body, and happily drink a toast to my '18 PRO.

Snorkel looks horrible! Like Toyota is gonna warranty any truck that's been deep enough to need one!

I don't know of any car ever manufactured with a snorkel as standard equipment... Knowing how long Toyota takes to implement things that have been around on other vehicles for years, they will be that last to do that...

I'm 99.9% sure it is optional and will come at a hefty price point.

I want the upgraded sway bar and the black Exhaust tip. Hopefully we won’t need to buy the whole Exhaust to get the tip.

I’ve got a black tip. Came on my blackout package, so I’m sure you could snag it a la carte
