Thoughts on Billie Bars?

Maybe this question has been asked already, but I don't wanna dig through old threads. Looking at Billie Bars for my Tacoma. Main reason is to be able to haul our bikes when pulling out camper, or for a rooftop storage box for extra room on longer road trips, since the dogs take up the back seat. Wondering who has anything good or bad to say about Billie Bars themselves. Also, I have a Bakflip Revolver X2 tonneau cover. According to customer service at Billie Bars, I would need the 8" brackets, not the 5", to give enough clearance for the tonneau to roll up all the way to access the whole bed. They said even the 8" brackets would be a tight fit. Anyone have any input on how accurate that is? Thanks for all the help.
