    What track? CMP?

To stay somewhat on-topic, I will say that cell phones are the new "dangerous elderly driver", as that just makes people stupid. Case in point, a mom had just dropped her kid off at school. She pulls out into the road and heads down to where a crossing guard was working the traffic, like they do every damn day. This was a week ago too - not the first day of school. The dude had to jump in front of her waving the damn stop sign at her to stop. Even then her reaction was slow because she was futzing w/her phone. I thought she was gonna hit him too because it seemed forever for her brakes to light up. I was behind her dumb ass and had already spotted her being stupid before she had even pulled out onto the highway. Put a LEO out there every damn day and you'd solve the state budget crisis real quick. We might even be able to become tax free here in SC, IMO!

Anyway, at least the old folks don't text. But god help us when the 20 yr olds start retiring. Thankfully I'll be in a hole by that point. :p

I agree with you man. And that's a phone call no one ever wants to receive. On the brighter side, My friends family is taking legal action. Hopefully she will lose her license, I don't thinks its fair to take a life and still be out on the road.

I think until you are 18 it should be illegal to drive on freeways and at night. hahah

Also I cant stand old drivers..

I think if you cant understand simple things that we all take for granted as experienced drivers like signs and speed limits and knowing what color lanes mean what.. and of course what pedals do what..... you lose your privilege to drive among normal people.

At least once a week I have to drive aggresivly to avoid some numb nuts who is doing something illegal or just plain reckless on city streets.

Just last night here in north park a lady in a brand new camaro was in the left turn lane and without a single fuck given bolted out in front of me in the left straight lane and we almost collided, Mind you she had a red light and I was going 35 mph. I had no option of going a lane over so we came damn close to !$@#%^$

she freaked out and slammed on her brakes and nearly hit the person behind me.

    ;)

and just for clarification, ALL = other drivers on the road reguardless of race, nationality, age, sex (sometimes), political orientation, sexual voting preferences or physical limitations.

Yup been twice dying to go back especially now that we have a Go Pro and roll bar mount. I can't race in official races due to the roll bar being to short, my head in a helmet is about 4 inches taller than the bar, but when we go with the PCA and they usually let that slide considering we usually rent to whole place out to ourselves for a whole day.

i think all ages need harder testing!!! but i say maybe 65 they get eyes test and have to tack a road test as well. every year. also thin EVERYONE should/could use a retest every 5 to 10 years!!

also i agree MOST teens are stupid and think nothing is going to happen and get in alot more wrecks and tickets. BUT their are SOME out there that are good drivers. don’t drive like a bad out of hell and don’t talk or text when driving!! it’s not illegal to TALK in TN as long as you are over 18. but i still try not to! if i REALLY REALLY need to i may.

i have gone 4 years (since my mom would not let me get my license till i was 17) no wrecks and no tickets of any kind! only been stopped one time. thats because my head light wear off a little after dark. after i left windy’s at the exit close to my house.

We all have a problem with elderly drivers now...

...until we are one and then we'll all be telling the young pissants to fuck off and to pry my keys out of my cold dead hands.
