Coming from a flushed Z, aim for potholes and bumps now. Your driving habits will change. Before, I cringed at every driveway curb and crack in the road. Now, the taco sails right over them..haven't been worried again.(10ply's re-assure me as well;)

I went from a 2012 Evo X w/ full bolt ons and E85 making 400whp. Amazing car. I will always love driving that car but a truck is more useful and practical to me. All I used the Evo for was speeding/getting myself into trouble. (Yes I know there are tracks but I can't help myself sometimes) The truck is much more practical and a way more comfortable ride. All depends on your lifestyle and what you want out of a car.

I went from a BMW 635CSi and Tuned Turbo Saab to my Tacoma. I miss the performance of the Saab and the 1980's feel of the BMW. Actually.. No I don't miss the 1980's feel because the Tacoma has that! Thanks Toyota for allowing me to be nostalgic!!

There now we can talk about being vortex;)
I had the rack for my bike and kayak but it is easier for me to drive into some of the parking areas not worrying about rocks, potholes, or ripping off the oil pan. Plus 4wd in the snow.

I don't know if this counts as sporty, but I left my built 2005 6.0 Powerstroke that put down 569hp/1090lbs tq. I also had a mild built 12 valve cummins that killed every mosquito in the county. My diesel trucks would keep up with mustangs and boosted sports cars, but I got tired of dumping money into the diesel scene. I went down to a 4 CYLINDER 2.7 with a small lift to make my camping adventures.
