Okay now that the fun is over im gonna state my "thoughts on japans nuke plant blowing up"
Its a bad deal. shows how lucky we really got it, those people over there now have nothing and we are here perfectly fine. As for the people on the west coast....get out while you still have a chance. if it starts heading toward california then leave. and if you dont leave then its your own fault i know if it was hitting the east coast i would have my bags packed ready to go my life is worth more than my job, house, etc.

 

I'm watching closely, I remember the same stuff when chernobyl went down. Same with St Helens...... run while you can is a premature statement from 6000mi away in the safety across an ocean.IF the radiation gets high and rises it will be what 6 days away or more in the jet stream.

Yes true just saying. I know if i was in the situation i would know what i would be doing, the bed of the taco would be loaded down with what i need and i would be ready to get out. there is no second thought about it. if it heads this way anyone who stays gets what they get. some people might think im a dick for saying that but thats the way i feel and the thread is "thoughts on japans nuke plant blowing up"

I think id respect them more if they snuck down the pier and disabled the whalers by blowing up their propellors and just said " Dang thats awful"

 

yep , riding it out and dieing for it would be foolish. I have some items packed n ready. Debating colorado short term if it came to that.

 

I don't think anyone who cares about animals/the fine balance of our planet would celebrate nuclear tribulation.

 

Good point since the radiation landing in the Pacific could take weeks to year to show it impact on sea life.

I just hope what is happening in japan doesn't make people over react and start thinking they aren't safe. There are plenty of places the US could build them that isn't near a fault line.

 

sorry, but i had to laugh at this. I love how everyone jumps at the opportunity to scare people (especially when they have the opportunity to capitalize on it). Everyone west of Nebraska better go get their iodine pills and geiger counters!!! Maybe even build a fallout shelter. lol.
