Looks a lot like the FJ to me, matter fact, seems like they took a lot of ideas from it as well...

I made a promise to myself after Ford bit me with two piece of shit vehicles back to back.
Were it not for that promise I'd be interested. It's full of potential for success, or failure.
I hope it works. Chrysler needs competition.

Not a fan of American cars but Ford did a very nice job. As long as it is reliable, it will do well I suspect. If I were in the market for a Jeep I'd probably wait for the Bronco.

It seems like there is a market for the pre-built off-road package, I hope we see Toyota kick theirs up a notch someday. Re-release the FJ with this kind of package? Sweeeet....!

I am surprised how many people are so eager to be a Ford Test Guinea Pig for a first year, new generation vehicle! Granted, Ford has been far more innovative than Toyota with their new offerings, but the reliability is still suspect.

If Toyota had so many issues with the 2016 Tacoma, I doubt Ford will fare any better!

It looks a lot more like a legit throwback to the 1st gen Bronco..

I doubt if I will ever have one. Yeah, all new vehicle, not like it's a new model F-150 it's a Jeep designed and built by Ford. I see most people talking about getting a used one when the time comes, but I think the used ones will be rather expensive. Looking forward to seeing the Bronco on the road.

I put my $100 down for one... doesn't mean I'll go through with it. We'll see...

Toyota better do something big with the next gen 4runner.

I bought my Tacoma the 1st year the 3rd gen came out. BIG mistake. It still isn't right but I'm not starting all over again.

I really would’ve loved to see Ford put a solid axle on this. I think they knocked it out of the park everywhere else, but without a solid axle up front Jeep will easily dominate this off road.

I’m in the process of having Ford buy back my Focus RS, if the new bronco had a solid axle up front it’d be really hard for me not to get one, but I think at this point I can wait and see how things go. This is coming from someone who has known Fords and Broncos their whole life, below is my last Bronco and my Dads we are soon to restore, the 67 was purchased from my grandfathers Ford dealership new

You drive a 17... All issues were fixed in 1 model year apparently  Quit w your purchase bias of your 17. There are still "issues" from 16,17,18, and the 19 model year that Toyota has the same "issues" with on 20's. Maybe even more recalls (fuel pump) on the newer models. The theory might hold true that waiting until the design is perfected is better but that doesn't happen in 1 year. Try 5-10 years in this age on these new Frankenstein vehicles.

I was only stating the first year of most vehicles is notoriously problematic. I crossed my fingers and bought the 17 because the ABS module went out on my 2001 Tahoe for the second time and I didn't want to spend another $2,000+ to get it repaired. I have had a few TSB's performed on my truck, but luckily, none of the major ones.

I was hoping it would be the size of the 1st bronco, but looks to be larger than the full size late models.... oh well. It does fit 37s with a 2” lift tho!

No problem! Give me the highest "Everest Summit With No Supplemental Oxygen Package" with the Espresso machine built right into the dash and where the steering wheel center Bronco emblem is actually a camera where you can live stream, from the driver's seat, all your adventures and link it to satellite. Should come in at @ $70,000

You know, in today's world if they were to build that....people would jump on it. I shouldn't joke about it.:D

It's probably already in development somewhere.:dancingbacon:

Oh I know I don’t need one... but want is another story. Sadly I’d need to get rid of a vehicle to be able to buy one, but the cards are on the table and it’s doable. Personally I think the base model would be fine with the 2.3 and m7, but I’m going to wait til they are on dealer lots before I make a decision. Depending on the price of the Squatch package, that may be my next rig.
