IMG_2582.jpg Hey - so I'm looking at a 2006 ext cab 4.0L with 4x4. These are some pics from under the truck. Just curious what folks think about the extent of rust and if I should be worried. It lived its first 6 years in New Jersey, not sure how bad the salting is over there.
    Thanks!

That doesn’t look too bad to me, but I’m no expert.

check on the driver side under the truck where the cat is close to the frame. This is a really bad area. Also on rear section of the frame where it starts going up its double walled will usually be bubbling and peeling apart.

It's also got a case of the rusty roof...which I think is a different thread.

That's nothing to worry about. Don't coat it with the rubberized rust proofing it will trap that bit of surface rust, use Krown or Fluid Film if you buy it.
