Thoughts on the 2nd Generation Tacoma

Does anyones truck move in the forward direction when in Drive? I hate that. I would prefer it moved sideways in a strafing movement

 

I hate how when I turn the steering wheel left the truck drives left, im so used to inverted steering controls!

I hate how I had to pay an extra $2200 to get the 4x4....i only wanted the mudflaps, but I hate how Toyota makes you actually buy the 4x4 version.

 

I hate the automatic transmission. I thought the "R" on the console was race mode and drove backwards onto the hood of a del sol at a stoplight.

 

i don't like the way toyota put doors on the tacoma. my friend has a jeep wrangler and i can just step right into it. this piece of shit needs to be unlocked, and OPENED before i can get in!!

 

Why are Japanese people even making trucks anyway? Who are they kidding? I didn't see a single truck in Tokyo Drift..............

The being scared of damaging the 4WD so you drove your Camry instead - That means you need to learn how to drive in snow...Not that AWD is better. I drove a rear wheel- 2WD minivan in high school and never had any problems.



correct me if I am wrong please. Isn't the truck shift on the fly 4wd? When the roads are in between good and bad, I shift in and out of 4wd while driving.

I bought a truck and it has 4 fucking wheels. for fucks sake

I was trying to go in the bike lane and the cops were all "for fucks sake sir, your truck has 4 wheels, this lane is for 2 wheeled bikes"
Shit, this truck aint no bike and is totally useless when trying to use it as such.

toyota can suck dick that I have that makes me a useless woman.

 

I hate that the truck has a front windshield. WTF does Toyota think will happen if a rock hits that sucker? Jeezus Pleezus!! And when I leave the windows down, the rain comes right in! FML!

OH, and don't even think about taking the headlights out, cuz guess what?? It's fucking dark as hell when you try to drive at night!! I plan to sue Toyota over that little design flaw, believe you me.

 

..and the overall exterior design sucks too! cuz evertam i cruise down main huntington beach, them cute babes stares at my tacoma dammit this is harrassment..

 

I was told the Tacoma came with a bed and with that I quickly sold my house and told my wife, "hell we living in the Tacoma, its gotta bed". After sealing the deal, I dashed over to the dealership and bought my truck. Now I blame Toyota for my divorce.
