    Worried about the rust on these. Should I be looking to replace them?

    Yeah I'd swap them. There are great used sets you can get off the marketplace here. My dad's truck looked like yours. I swapped them with a set off a 2019 sport with 2K miles on them. I got the front shocks and springs already together plus rear shocks for a deal. They gave the front end a nice 1 inch lift and the rears are the same height. They ride is so much better now. Good luck!

    Jezus.... the shocks with a full lookover of the truck for rust things needs to be done asap.

    Yes, 10 years or 100,000 miles is a good interval to swap them out.
