    Yeah I'd swap them. There are great used sets you can get off the marketplace here. My dad's truck looked like yours. I swapped them with a set off a 2019 sport with 2K miles on them. I got the front shocks and springs already together plus rear shocks for a deal. They gave the front end a nice 1 inch lift and the rears are the same height. They ride is so much better now.
