    3" OME Suspension lift. PEX motoring headlights.
    Looks like you should get that checked out. That rust is pretty bad. I bet there is definitely an issue with the integrity of your frame at certain welding points!

    Oh I did, it was bought back in 08. :D And for the record, the inner part of the frame where these trucks rust is a helluva lot thinner than the rest of the frame. It's like sheet metal.

    I've seen pics of non-rusty trucks with caps and full camping/expedition loads where the frames bent down behind the cab (like the back end was sagging). You could see the gap at the top between the roof of the cab and the roof of the cap. That's why I got me some of them frame reinforcement plates from Mercer Fab. Now I just need time to get them on.

    looks like showroom compared to my 2000. my frame/undercarriage looks 100x worse than that.
