Just an FYI this happens all the time even without spacers. Improper torquing and just general lack of commonsence plus neglect/abuse caused that situation. I've seen stock trucks break wheel studs and I've seen trucks with spacers get beaten and wheeled unmercifully and be fine. There's way more to it than the spacer itself. And yes good quality spacers are a good idea.

    Yes sir
Lifting your truck higher will also help, your squeezing 295's under a 2 inch lift which is pretty tight, spacers or offset(although those rims look pretty new and I doubt you want to buy new ones right away) and a 3 inch lift or more would be ideal for your situation

Quality spacers that are hub centric not lug centric are the key. Cheap knock off spacers are about as safe as stacking washers on your lugs.

No gain for who? I'm running spacers out of necessity not for fun or looksies.

With the rear axle articulation I have after the shackle flip and shock relo, the tires get into the shock bodies at full stuff. Spacers stop that from happening.

I run the spidertraxx spacers with zero problems. I rotate my tires every 5k miles and recheck torque on the spacers at that time.
