    As many have already started doesn’t matter. My mom has no insurance or car registered in her name. I have her listed as a driver on my insurance. If she’s in an accident, it’s covered.

    So the case you're going to present is that while you acknowledge that you absolutely don't have insurance, she also might not be properly covered and that while you turned in front of her and failed to yield to her legal right away, she was going so fast that you thought you had enough time even though it was the front of your car that clipped hers and the physics calculate that she was probably going upwards of 178 mph in insane mode in the Tesla she likely stole.

    You're going to get the chair.

    I had no insurance for 2 months and it was cancelled, not covered. I checked with them.
