How did you get that bar to mount the light on or is that stock on Tacomas?

Had it made, it's just a piece of steel cut down to the length of the distance between two bumper supports

It's pretty sweet, mine is a Rigid SR2 as well, pretty good light output, I want to get a 40" SR2 eventually on the roof when I get a rack

I will most likely put a Cali raised 50 on the roof soon. I know they have a lot of downsides like wind noise hitting stuff in the woods but a 50is a lot of light

50 geesh that will be a lot of light with all the other lights your adding. Any particular reason for all the light?

Or you can just put one behind your lower valance so you don't have to get an aftermarket grill if you don't want to. You can buy brackets or you can just drill the stock brackets the light bar comes with straight into the top of the silver crash bar behind the valence. I have a 30" behind mine and it fits just fine and no light is cut off.

For anyone reading this who hasn't seen the rigid bar on, it is BRIGHT. A buddy got a 50" knockoff double row bar that was rated twice as bright as mine. Needless to say, mine is way brighter. DEFFINATLY spend the money and get the Rigid if you're looking for useable light.

No lights, FX-R retro headlights and rigid fog lights, SR2 30" in lower valence.
All photos have same settings so visible difference is more true.

A 32 would fit but I have heard you would have to trim for a double row I have a single row 30

I'll add this here for anyone that might find it useful.

Both are 30" bar. My old bar I put behind the grill (other is a calirased 4d -- very nice bar).

Install took me about an hour but that's due to using a dremel (no angle grinder). I used some thick steel stock and cut it around 1.5-2" and drilled two holes. I used I had to drill two holes for mounting and reused the led bar brackets. It's not 100% ideal but it's pretty solid. It does take some measuring/test fitting to make sure the light fits behind the factory grill on a '13. Going fast on rough roads I do see a little chatter but it's not bad.

If you go in the lower grill you can't beat the Apex Fabworks brackets.

I can't really comment on light output yet... The bar is older and I have them wired together so I can't switch between the two just yet. This was a boredom project until I can afford the BAMF mount.
