added extra tie downs in bed, the tool-less 32oz cupholder mod, fog lights in process...
I'm sure this is posted somewhere but I've tried searching different keywords and haven't found anything...

Does anybody happen to know what size bolts fit in these holes? I'm assuming they are there to mount another rail for attaching tie downs or other accessories?

    Thanks!

Most Lowe’s and Home Depot..have a measuring boards.. nuts and bolt section...to find the right size ,standard and metic ...nuts and bolts.
Your’s will be metric..buy one of each metic bolt (measure the diameter)...most common thread pattern..wider ones..not the finer threads..take it to your truck screw it in...
Once you know the size? Return the ones you do not need..?
Ok that is what I would do...
Nice thing about this web site? Your fingers do the walking..

    M is for metric
The 6 or any numbers are the diameter
The pitch or thread size ...1.5 is coarse and 1.0 is fine thread pattern..usually just coarse or find is most common..
    Just google it..

As already stated the holes are for the factory tonneau cover, not a bed rail. The front bed rail would mount using the 5 screws just below, I like you and many others are also missing the front bed rail.
If the thread is indeed 6 millimeter and I suspect Lava-road is correct on this, the industry standard designation would be: M6 1.0 by whatever length of screw/bolt in millimeters. Where "M6" is the diameter of the threads in millimeters and 1.0 is the thread pitch in millimeters. An M6 does not come in an industry standard of 1.5 millimeter pitch, only 0.75 millimeter and 1.0 millimeter. 0.75 is a fine thread and 1.0 is the course thread. The threaded holes are commonly called blind rivet nuts or nutserts. End of tutorial.

I put a stainless steel hook there, they are indeed M6 x 1.0.
