I dont think you can. I came across a TSB a few years back where Toyota has an updated PCM where they upped the idle RPM by 50 rpms to help reduce low idle shake. Can I find that TSB right now, no.

I put the throttle opener screw back to the original setting (where I could see a bit of light the whole way around the butterfly) - installed it. what I think is the cruise control cable was a bit tight and the throttle cable was very loose so I adjusted. still at 1500 so I checked the vacuum going to the throttle opener and it was good - I also tried manual vacuum on the opener to see if higher vacuum would do anything and it did not drop the rpm regardless of pressure 0-12ingh

I purchased a code reader and I was getting a 1600 and 450. I read about the 450 and looked at the sensor and the cable was not completely plugged in. I pushed it in and my idle dropped to 800. Thanks for all the input.

I had trouble seeing the position once installed so I moved it manually to see if it made a difference.

I didn’t want to touch those slotted screws on the TPS
    But
After cleaning IAC/TB/intake/plenum/new injectors and cups, I was worried about a ‘kinda’ high idle.
I have taken few short drives, just started the taco and let run for 15mins at a time b4 Xmas days off.
    Got back today
Started her in driveway for 10mins
    Idle is definitely lower

I think THatt is on to something
I’m guessing ECM just learning after large amount of work done over last 3 weeks with taco not started/sitting

if high idle(as others stated) make sure throttle cables not too tight
    Appears other adjustments
Just dig in and investigate those options b4 just adjusting those screws
