I mean it had 80k on it and I towed quite a bit with it. The worst of it was towing my 850r from north Carolina to Virginia Beach in the rain on a full floating car trailer. Stock clutch started slipping a ton that day in 6th and after that I replaced it with the URD clutch hoping for peace of mind, but the shop installed it so bad that it burned up in 2 weeks. One side of it looked brand new, but there was barely any friction surface left on the back from where it had only engaged one side fully.

My last manual truck was 20 years old when I sold it with the original brakes and clutch ( not slipping ).

Mileage and intended use is always the more important factor with wear components than time. I did my brakes at roughly the 4 year mark as well, admittedly that was mostly for the upgrade in braking power when towing and balance the vehicle properly due to added weight.

The bearing is in contact with the pressure plate fingers 100% of the time new or old as per design. The chirp comes from it not being tight enough against the fingers (finger alignment, polishing of surfaces, etc.). Lightly rest your foot on the clutch pedal the chirp goes away.
