    All the dealers around here are owned by different people. The dealer I have to go to now is extremely out of my way, but I know the owner as I use to be his pilot.

    I checked the motor mounts myself and they're good. The front body mounts were the problem.

    Ha. It'll be ok other than the 1 hour drive fro you.

    I had a salesman tell me to "fuck off & leave" one evening at a Toyota Dealer. It was a place I'd previously worked...after relaying the story to the owner he was let go.

    Had a similar experience as you when I took the BMW in for service. It was bought new & from that same dealership. There was no happy ending for me on that one.
