Thule install question

    No money, all went to truck...
    So I decided on thule racks for my tacoma.

    Here's my problem: I followed instructions very carefully and when I tighten down the brackets the load bars start to bow downwards.

    Did anyone have this issue? I emailed thule's customer support and am waiting for an answer. You guys have any suggestions?
