Thule or Yakima crossbars on the factory rack

    Bolt on only...
    Anyone using a Yakima or Thule bracket foot to mount crossbars on the factory rack? I have both a Yakima basket and a Thule rooftop case, neither of which can be used since the factory spacing is so far apart. If I leave the factory crossbars in the stored position and then use a bracket foot to run an aftermarket set of crossbars I could adjust the spacing to what I need. Anyone do this?
