Does anybody know if 50" load bars will work on a 2010 Double Cab? I found an awesome deal on a set of racks with the correct towers and mounts for a Tacoma but it has 50" load bars and the Thule sight show 58". I am wondering if I can make the 50" bars work. They are just the regular square bars, not the Aero bars.

Here is the text for the add:
400xt towers, foot back for 2005-2011 Tacoma (Double and Access Cab) and 50" load bars. The towers and bars are used but still completely bomber, while the foot pack was new when installed but never used.

I can get the above set up for $125

    Thanks for any help.

Can you post a pic of the 50” bars installed?

I just took delivery of a 2013 DC with 58” square bars and the same Thule mounts. I found a 50” with fairing on EBay and like the fact it is sleeker and sticks out less.

    thanks
