A thumbs-up shout-out to my local Toyota dealer
I called around to get a quote to install plugs & wires (and some other minor service) on my 04’ Tacoma. The dealer came in within a few dollars of some local shops. So I decided to take it in to the dealer for service. When I went to pay for service & parts, I was hit with a huge $500+ bill. Well, when I called the dealer for a quote they mistakenly quoted me for only plugs install, not plugs & wires. So, the dealer went back to listen to our recorded phone-con, they confirmed that I asked for a quote on plugs & wires. They said they would make it good, and credited me the difference of around $160. Needless to say, I’m stoked!!
