Thunder Bay Earth Auger $180??

My father-in-law bought this from Lowe's as an open box returned item. Rick is retired and loves to snag deals at Home Depot and Lowe's, sometimes this is awesome. He thought this would be a great Christmas gift for me. He was under the impression that I could use it ice fishing. I obviously can not, since it has an earth auger and the powerhead is on the heavy side for me to be dragging out on the ice. This has never even had gas in it, has all parts and even includes the toolkit. Since Rick, FIL, bought it as-is I am not able to return it to Lowe's.
Not really interested in shipping, but willing to meet near Allison Park, PA 15101 or work with TW Express.
I was thinking 200 updated to $180 as these at Lowe's go for about $249 but I am open to offers and trades.
