I dont know exactly what he has in here and all the numbers for everything, sorry about that. I'll ask him when I see him. I wish I knew more about this system, I just whore around pictures since he doesn't have the time to do it on here

You have more room behind a single cab than you do in a double cab...

I mean if you want to spend the cash, sure I'll fill your bed with subs and do a port that blows right into the cab and it will blow your mind. But to keep everything in cab in a DC, you are limited.

My brother actually thought about doing a blowthrough but decided not to. And there actually wasnt enough behind the seats, he had to hammer the back wall out, its pretty much touching the bed now. and he had swap out the bench seat. And if you need more room in the DC just swap out the bench with bucket seats and build a similar box like this and tie it into the center console somehow, just an idea! It would be pretty cool to see

The problem with blow through installs is that there is SOME flex between the bed and the cab. If you use your truck for basically anything you'll notice it. They're supposed to be able to move independently a little bit. You're basically trying to hold them together.

A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
Word of advice for if and when you decide on a box just make sure you have it secure cause god forbid if you did what I did and you get in a head on collision that box will crush you...even though this sounded amazing it was never secured down and very dangerous:

one could do it extend the cab back, but not connect the front part of the bed. just ensure that there is enough clearance on the bed for the flexing and twisting of the chassis to not contact the extended part.

that is a bit extreme, but still possible

Maybe need more power for your sub...?

I have a Kicker 250W rms mono subwoofer amp feeding my 10" pioneer in a sealed polyfilled box and it hits pretty hard. Wouldn't want anything more than what I have now, but to each their own. Anything more would overwhelm the music IMO.

The creativity of this group is impressive. You had me at Blow Through.

But I'm looking for a thundering bass solution that will retain full utility of the bed, back seat, and most storage areas, and will not cost me my marriage and retirement fund.

I took this video when they were working the dash piece for the iPad so the inside is all tore apart. At the end of the first part you can hear the whine of the high output alternator.

I have a pair of 12's (not shallow) in separate sealed truck boxes on my reg cab (bench seat). It works and hits good..I'm in the process of tinkering though. The seat lever to fold the back forward hit the boxes so I'd like to make them thinner left to right, plus maybe lose an inch of the top depth so I can slide the seat back more
