These are just one shotters aren't they? You didn't actually take 5 different shots with different exposures did you? Also, what editing software did you use?

And yeah I'm going to get photoshop cs5. hopefully i can do this type of stuff. I have a good DSLR so i got that part down pat lol.

I used to use photomatix pro. I ran this though through photoshop cs5 trial thing. This was actually taken with 5 pictures at different f-stops back in April. I may head out tomorrow afternoon since the truck is nice and clean and take some new ones somewhere.

IMO though, that one was too saturated.

 

yeah a little over saturated...

the only thing though...

dont change the f/stop when you change the exposure...change the shutter speed instead.

reason being is your DOF changes between fstops you know?

for example.

say you take the first photo at a narrow aperture then keep going wider and wider from there....the DOF is gonna change in the process.....

so the background is gonna be different throughout.. is this making sense? haha

And that first picture of the BMW is legit!

Also, what mode do you shoot your pic in? Ive heard some use RAW or something like that.
