Hey guys Im sure you have heard this before. I have an 07 tacoma ( my fourth one) When I have the fan on in low setting you can hear this ticking noise and when you turn the fan up you dont hear it and then when you turn it back down for about 5 to 10 seconds it doesnt make the noise. What causes this?

I think there is a tsb fix for this. search around here and you'll find the thread.

My truck does this too, except on all settings, and my truck is about 10k past the tsb coverage. So in spring when it warms up I'm going to try to take the fan unit out and see what the problem is.
