Ticking Sound After Oil Change

Bring it right back to the dealer, warranty work but you don’t want it to get worse.

 

I always change my own oil but decided to just do the free oil service cuz...ITS FREE

 

Yeah, so I did some more looking and saw that my wheel weights had scratches on them. It was definitely rubbing against the calipers. Guess I gotta move them wheel weights closer in...or farther out

 

Hopefully this means the mystery is solved!

 

Yep. It definitely is. I hate that it was in front of me the whole time LOL

 

Can't be as bad as seeing some double stacked wheel weights because of E load M/T tires

 

I’d say having load E tires is a lifestyle

 

Nice! I'd definitely have the dealer adjust those weights or you may throw off the balance.

 

I'm sure if you take it back to the dealer, they will say they can't find anything wrong, or it's working as designed

 

I was going to recommend checking for rocks between your rotor and dust shield but I have seen your issue as well.

Same but i always check oil before driving off from dealership. Some kid might have forgotten to put oil or drain plug
