Anyone have any suggestions on what to use for inner tie rod grease? Does the rack also get some? My dust boots got pretty torn and some dirt and a little grime got in there so I need to clean off some of the original grease while I'm putting these new boots on.

I used SuperLube however any basic grease is likely fine.

Look for a lithium complex NLGI #2 grease with "GC-LB" on the label. GC-LB is a specification for chassis and bearing greases.
Any O'Reilly or Autozone will have one meeting that spec, but it will help you weed out the generics that don't actually meet any specs
