Toyota does sell inner tie rods for the Tacoma.

    45503-09490 - 2005-2011
    45503-09550 - 2012-2020

They're interchangeable. Possibly sourced from a different supplier or something along those lines.

I stand corrected, the last time I checked with our parts department I was told that a Senna that I was looking for a inner was serviced with a rack and that all Toyota products do not have serviceable inners.

All good. There are vehicles Toyota doesn’t sell them separately, but the Tacoma isn’t one of them.
