Because the media uses it as fuel to feed the Tim Tebow fire and it's severely overplayed and annoying.

but doesn't that just mean you're falling into tebows "trap" as you may find it to be? though seeming counter effective of what seems to be tebows intention, getting worked up about the religious stuff he and the media bring to light just makes you just as narrow minded as the people that are falling all over him because of their favor of his religion. :stirthepot:

put it like this - i hate hockey. it's dumb. we all know that. when i open my paper its full of Carolina Hurricanes adds and articles, while sports that actually matter like football and basketball continue to get smaller and smaller. when i watch espn and have to watch 5 different videos in a row about all these hockey games i don't care about, it's annoying. but if i was to just start complaining and complaining about it, doesn't that just show that they've actually "won" by getting my attention?

Tebow reminds me a lot of Steve Young. If anyone can demonstrate/teach a tight spiral with acuuracy and velocity, Elway can.
Elway's cannon was too much for his receivers to handle at first.

I wouldn't bet against the Pats in this one.
They won't disrespect Tebow with 9 guys in the box. The Stealers demonstrated vividly how that doesn't work.
They are being quiet and humble. If I was a Bronco, I'd be concerned.

Your argument is invalid because I hate Tim Tebow.

    (I see what you're saying though. ;))

I however don't mind watching ESPN if they're showing various sports, that's what they SHOULD be doing, it's a sports network, not a Tim Tebow network.

Funny how all the old Broncos "fans" are slowly stepping out again... :anonymous:

And don't ask me about the Drew Brees situation, I didn't have any say in it. :D

An agnostic isn't necessarily a believer. An agnostic is one who does not know or believes it's unknowable. "A" meaning "without" and "gnosis" meaning "knowledge" (without knowledge). Thomas Huxley referred to himself as an agnostic.

Atheist: "A" "without", "theist" "God" (Without God).

Really? He sure acted like a Christian back in the day. My brother managed a service station near his home back when he came up with the Falcons. He told me on several occasions how he ran his black Corvette up and down the road like he owned it. Got in fights with people because they didn't jump out of his way because of who he was. It was even on the local news how the manager of a Kroger (I think it was) allowed him to park his Vette in the fire lane right in front of the store to shop. I would have loved to watch an emergency so the firemen would come up and bash his Vette pushing it out of the way. I can't stand that cock sucker to this day! I've never heard anything of him being a Christian. Maybe he's changed now, :notsure: but I'd have to see it first hand to believe it. And this is coming from a guy that was a big Falcons fan. That is until I wised up and really got into college. Also a Braves fan, didn't like him as a Brave but did want to win, it was mixed emotions for that.

Anyway, back on topic. :sorry:

The guy is cool, from what it seems. So what if he's Christian? People try to hate him just because he "Tebows" and is Christian, they are just trying to find ways to hate a good guy who only will increase in talent over the years.

This guy wins. Yeah, he may not have the greatest QB rating or completed passes, but he wins, and that's what matters.

Who do you hate? Tebow the man, Tebow the Christian, Tebow the football player or Tebow because of the media hype? Why do you hate his fans? Do you even know any of these people? Why do you hate Tebow? Is it because he is a Christian or because of the way he plays football? It sure does seem like you have a lot of hate going on and I am not sure you even know why? Maybe you just think its cool and that your part of the gang. And now I am added to your hate list? How is it you can hate so many that you don't even know?

Go Tebow! Pats got same kinda attention when pretty boy got popular....He's fun to watch people, isn't that the point?

I used to like the Pats, but if Broncos win that'd be one hell of a story/game again....
