Just picked up my AR-One MAXX 19BH camper today. Fully loaded will be around 4000-4500lbs, 400 lb tongue weight. Tows great as is but I have some squat, my leveling kit and 285's exaggerate the squat a little as well.....anyways any advice would be awesome!!!

Visually they may have a similar effect but they do different things.

Weight distribution should definitely help. Have you actually weight the tongue? Typically batteries and water go before the axle and loaded tongue weight is more than advertised. The weight distribution hitch shifts some of that load from the rear axle to the front. So not only are you lightening the rear end, you're putting weight back on the steering axle for a much better towing experience. I believe the manual recommends weight distribution for loads over 3500 or 350 tongue weight.

Timbrens will help carry the weight and improve the towing ride, but not do anything to shift the weight forward.

I would do the weight distribution hitch for sure and strongly consider timbrens or a better spring pack.

Also if you havent used a weight distribution setup before, be sure to do some research. There are some great videos. Don't trust an Rv dealer to set it up because they can be clueless.
