I'm finally going to do this the RIGHT way. I'm sick of dealing with vibes and fussing with carrier bearings and axle shims. It's time for a single piece drive shaft. I should have done this right from the beginning.

I'm looking to see if anyone knows the flange measurements for the t-case and the rear diff. I'm thinking someone else has taken down these measurements already and I'm hoping to avoid reinventing the wheel. If no one has the measurements already I'll just remove the drive shaft but I'm hoping to avoid that if possible. The measurements I need are listed in the picture below.

I'm measuring 67.25" from flange to flange for the length of the shaft. Double cab, short bed, 3" lift.

I did a bit more digging today and found the answer to my question. For anyone wondering, here are all the measurements. Keep in mind, this is for a Double Cab, Short Bed, 4x4, with a 3" lift.
Flange Measurements (like the picture above)
    A) 1.808"
    B) 3.661"
    C1) 2.589"
    C2) 2.589"

The existing OEM flanges we have (both the one at the t-case and one at the rear diff) are Spicer 5001905 flanges. Same as the ones in this link so they should have the exact same measurements.

I re-measured the length of the driveshaft between the flanges and came up with 67.5" total. I think I'm ready to get this project moving ASAP so I'll update everyone on the progress.
