I disagree with this. I’ve driven all the mid-sized trucks for extended periods of time, ok not a Ridgeline, and I think the Tacoma has the second best interior after the Gladiator. It’s not as comfortable seating position wise but it feels way less Fisher Price than the Ranger and Colorado. Other than road noise and length the Gladiator is the nicest for sure but my Jeep experience disqualified it. The Colorado doesn’t have modern features like adaptive cruise or LED headlights. The Ranger on paper is better than the Tacoma but I thought it drove worse and the bed sides are stupid tall if you actually use it. The Frontier felt old and cheap so that was off the list real fast too.

I love the Gladiator. Love the whole concept - it’s a Jeep, but it’s a truck, it’s Jeep Truck! Problem is I can’t trust it to be around as long as I need it to be. The build quality and reliability just isn’t there...

I like the looks of 90s Mercedes and Audis, but really love how that Quattro hatchback looks. Brings me memories of my childhood. I actually almost bought one when I was 16.

I found a Quattro just like that 3 months ago. And almost bought it. If I didn't already have 7 cars in my house I would have.

    7 cars? Damn!

Impressive that you found one, haven’t seen one in the wild for like 10 years now. Really cool car, they used them to rally. I was a huge fan of rally back in the day.

So I hate the "You shouldn't have this problem with a 40k+ Midsize" argument. Isn't this really a 25k+ Midsize you choose to option up to a 40k+ Midsize?

That number is right for my truck. Lol. It was 40k with premium package in 2017

I was so excited when it came out, I was for sure going to get one. Thankfully my Jeep just...kept...breaking to talk me out of it.
