My guess is someone traded it for a 2020 Pro to get the lights, radio, and power seats.

The list is long but distinguished
It is indeed CA and not only Bay Area but Peninsula so the pricing is up there. That said, out here in the hinterlands of the East East Bay an SR5 4x4 is $36K. That's only a couple grand short of what I paid for my TRD OR in 2019 at the same dealership...and they only have 4 Tacomas in stock all of which are SR5's.

Not everyone who buys a Tacoma loves them. Lots get traded in because they hate the way it drives, realize it doesn’t fit their needs, can’t afford the payment Or buyers remorse, or wasn’t the right vehicle for them in the first place.

The dealership is big and normally has a ton of trucks. I was there for my Toyota Care and there were 8 Tacomas, all access cabs SR or SR5 except this one Sport they rolled inside right out of detail. None of the AC SR or SR5 trucks had markups, but I am sure they will get MSRP right now due to low inventory. Pretty sure that its happening all over the country right now because of low inventory.

If you peel the wrap, I'm wondering if that paint is going to come with it (since its white underneath...)

Right now is the time to sell, not buy. Low inventory = price goes up. Just sold my 2018 Tacoma for slightly more than I paid for it new. Drove the crap out of it for 2 years and walked away with minimal loss.

No, wraps come off without any damage to the paint underneath, it's a huge benefit to wraps, it's not a huge commitment.

Yes they are apparently there is a supply and demand shortage going on in some regions. Dealer inventories are low ATM.

Carvana in my area has used Tacomas for 4 to 5K over KBB.

In fact if your looking to sell a used taco now is a good time I would check Carvana.

    =)

Usually, but there are reports with paint flaking off of white Tacomas without a wrap. I'm wondering if pulling off the wrap will make that issue worse with the white ones that have the paint issue.
