I’m in the market for a 2016+ Tacoma. Literally only have 3 colors I’m interested and the 3rd one is questionable. Would have to be a great deal to really get my attention. First choice is the Super White. You guys with the Super White and primarily the ones with the paint issues... about when are you seeing the issues flare up on your rides? Mileage, age of the vehicle, etc. I understand there could be many factors in when the issue will show, just curious.

    My '06 is white.

Not a single issue with paint peeling, bubbling, cracking, orange peel or flaking. Sure, there are a few dings and chips in the paint from the years.

Truck lives in a Rust Belt Zone of the USA.

2015 Super White with 70k and no paint issues at all. I waxed it once when i first got it and just regular washings since then. You could say its been neglected but it still looks great. I did have a few rock chips but a touch up pen from Toyota fixed those issues.

I have a super white, at 3yr.s/30k (built in baja) Some rock chips but no huge issues. Seeing super white paint threads gives me anxiety about it bigly though

I couldn’t agree more!!! I have always been a fan of white and always had a white vehicle. I feel like it’s a necessity for me, my hobbies, and my region... seeing these post def have me stressed about if I’d be as fond of my second color choice or regret gambling on white.

Wind Chill Pearl is worse apparently. They are already having issues and they have only been in production for like 4 months

’16 Super white, no issues other that rock chips covered over by bugs. Stays out 24/7 under blistering sun, been hit by hail too while parked, no damage. Just hand wash and dry every now and then.
