    Is that a jam nut? If so you need to back it off before you can remove the tie-rod end

    I would have went with a pipe wrench on the tie rod and a open end wrench on the nut, using breaker bars as needed. :)

    just a few things.
    lol i think you were turning it the wrong way in the beginning because the tie rod nut on a 13 tacoma in california should not be stuck like that..... unless you are in tahoe...
