Definitely time to toss the stock tires and am hoping the gang can offer suggestions! I've read TONS of threads on wheels and tires... and need some help to narrow this down!

Running stock 265/70/16s on a '17 TRD Pro MT with stock suspension and lift. CMC complete. I take this truck everywhere - daily driver, snow, mud and crappy Colorado highways, been wheeling forever, and know I've been pushing it on these tires but finances have prevented any further upgrades.

Needs: I do NOT want to rock crawl - plan to continue to backcountry and overland - generally on Colorado FRs & jeep trails that can be pretty rough. Like an aggressive, wider stance, in appearance and stability. The stock tires are ridiculously small on a truck meant to GO. Have run BFG AT KOs on previous trucks and am a big fan.

Size Questions: Thinking 285/75/16s... but concerned about additional rub/damage to UCAs, etc. without additional upgrade. Tires are required NOW to escape quarantine... can upgrade wheels too - to 17s. Spacers needed too? Newb in upgrading tires and wheels! How big can I go?

Thoughts? What should I do to the baby beast after I get her some new hoofs? More lift? Better suspension than the Pro stock?

    And thanks in advance!!

Did you decide on tire size?
